The Richmond Boys Choir sang for First Lady Laura Bush at the White House today as they were honored by the President's Committee on the Arts and the Humanities with a "Coming Up Taller" award.

The award comes with $10,000 for the choir, which sang last year for the Queen of England and uses song and musical rehearsals year-round to attract young men from seven to 17-years-old.

As a non-profit organization that presents about 25 concerts each season, the Richmond Boys Choir is the singing home to more than 40 voices each year.
