WASHINGTON -- Mississippians – and all Americans – are losing one of their most notable federal lawmakers with the announced retirement from the U.S. Senate of Republican Trent Lott.
But despair not. There’s a Lott left to pay attention to.
Chet Lott, the son of the former Majority Leader – and himself a former pizza chain franchisee and more recently, a Washington lobbyist – has a CD out.
To learn more about Chet Lott’s new “Wild Ride” CD, go to http://www.chetlott.com.
The promotion material on the Web site suggests that “Chet has created a unique sound all of his own with his blues infused Mississippi style country.”
To prove that, there’s a video to watch of Chet singing one of the tracks, “Where Am I From.”
