Not Enough Chairs for North Carolina

From our correspondent Neil Simon down on the floor, with the North Carolina delegation:"Police are really getting strict, moving any non-delegate from the aisles at the order of Secret Service. We can all see better as a result, here in the back-rows where North Carolina is seated. Delegates are complaining that North Carolina was not given enough chairs, so nobody is leaving the floor," he wrote.
