Nuclear talk ... 9:57

Palin on Middle-east questions remains forceful, and seems to have a better handle on the pronunciation of foreign-leader names than McCain did last week.

"I'm so encouraged to know that we both love Israel," she tells Biden, after a back-and-forth.

But she then offers this gem:"Nuclear weaponry would be the be-all and end-all of too many people on too many parts of our planet."

Biden tries to get back to the question of how McCain's policies would be different that George Bush's.

He and Obama, he says, will make significant change.
